FREE CASES FOR ALL?!?

Well, that was quick. Not only has Apple already posted the complete video of today's iPhone 4 presser (minus the Q&A), but it's also put up a special "smartphone antenna performance" page that offers pictures and videos aplenty of the antenna comparisons shown during the press conference. Well i can say this much. I had the reception problem per say but it didnt bother me to much because my new case took care of it. But i had a big problem with the prox sensor, my calls would be get muted and put on hold. Well i called apple and they were very nice and said to go into the store and replace it, well lets hear this. Went into the store and told the "rep" about the problem with the prox sensor and the first thing he said was didnt you see the conference? I said slightly and he said well replacing your phone wont fix the problem they will have an update out soon for this problem. Well after going back and forth for a bit he finally gave me a new phone. Its been about 5-6 hours and i have used my phone alot since and HAVE NOT had one problem. GEE GOLLY. The reason i say this is because steve stands there and says we care about EVERY user and we take care of them no matter what, well i almost had to take this kid out back to get my problem resolved.

What can I said ? A top class Company !!!!!!.
They should focus on what they can do for customers and not other company do.
In Asia thier phone price is much much higer than Samsung, HTC.
So how you compared.

He just want to tell you, all smart phone are the same you have to take it, not Apple fault.
If not Apple fault, why there give aways free case ??????.

These free cases will make a lot of users happy.

This videos are very misleading because the problem with the iPhone 4 is that the antenna shorts out when you touch it.

Honestly, I can't even watch anything about Apple/iPhone 4 anymore...When I do. my heart rate goes up and I want to smash my iPhone 4... I sound like a crazy person, but Steve Jobs is such a douche bag.

While he was in Hawaii, I bet his PR team was going nuts wondering what to do next without getting fired when he got back.LOL

Ummm!!!!! I tried that with mine and full bars wow it is the best no signal problem ohh wow it is an iPhone 4 of course is the best!!!! is the newer.
ja ja ja I have talked with few friends that have iPhone 4 and none of them seems to have this "signal problem" either but I can take a Free case like Outter Box defender not the Bumper please!!!!!

I was at apple store today ( birmingham uk store ).
They said, if I want a free bumper I need to apply it online. then they send it to me.
the stock in the store is only for sale. the stock online is for sale and for free.
this is a great customer service.

3GS is the best xD

3Gs is different, u have to hold tight the right bottom part to make the signal drop, i can repeat this symptom in my 3Gs...

if u note, in apple video, only 3Gs that held on a right hand, not left....
