do not upgrade or downgrade your iphone 3gs baseband if you flash the baseband will cause no wifi ,imei ,bluetooth etc. and restart few seconds because damage your baseband chip i.c. pls more details about your iphone 3gs..

yupp exactly what joecef said.. theres really nothing you can do now.. from the serial u very clearly have a phone that is week 36 of 2011.. uv fried the bb chip. all u can do is use it as an ipod

im really not too sure about it.. i think the whole motherboard has to be changed.. but ul have to ask some1 with more technical knowledge of it..although i dont see the point.. u should just get a new phone.
