Protube HD 720p default or 1080p ?

When u select a video in protube HD it plays right away , i usually hit the symbol thing to reveal the options and select stream 1080p or 720p

My question is in protube hd when u play a video by default does it play at the highest quality ?
If not is there a setting someone to make it do that

Also on the native YouTube app is there a tweak to make videos play at there highest quality by default. ?

It probably streams at highest quality possible with the current internet connection. Not sure but I like this app, replaced YouTube.app for me.
