iPhone 4s won't turn on.

This morning I unplugged it because it indicated that is was fully charged and left it on the side.

Came back to it and pressed the home button to turn it on and nothing.

This has not happened before so I googled to see if I could find a solution.

I did the home button and power hold to force reboot but nothing.

I did the plug in to charge and hold the home and power button but still nothing.

They also suggested to plug it in for 2 hours and do the reboot which I'm currently on the process.

I away from my computer till Tuesday so I can't verify if my computer will even recognize it.

iPhone hasn't been dropped or any water damage, I also tried different charger and cables but no change.

Can anyone suggest anything else?

4s is still under warranty, just take it to apple, no sense in wasting time trying to fix it

the device was released i think October 2011

so even the first ones have a bit of warranty left

It looks like I might have to do that.

What I wanted most were the notes and some pictures that were saved.

under warentee id take it to apple....have them get pics and notes....if the board isnt fried ofcourse....surprised at the amount of ppl that dont have backups for pics and notes really....then again my external drive got cooked too....

Please tell us the outcome as Dev Team has said you cannot possibly brick a ip4s unless you deleted some lauchdaemon.
