Generally OK apart from the usual AppleHDA, which you need to delete before rebooting.

That is on a G41M Gigabyte Mobo. On laptops, got the dreaded [PCI Configuration Begin] which can be fixed by replacinf AppleACPIPlatform with a version from Snow Leo 10.6.8 (V 1.3.6).

As to performance, Playing videos from iPhone to Hackintosh (via Airplay using Airserver) is now choppy. This could be just my setup but it was OK before.

It re-enables the fine volume/brightness adjustments (Shift + option + brightness/volume buttons)

It is a useful little feature, I was on 10.7.4 and am now on 10.8 dp3

stay away from it, causing all sorts of problems my magic pad wont work correctly, mac wont go to sleep, and others too, dont update i wish i hadnt its about time Apple sorted this out, dont they test theses before releasing them, i have a friend at work and his Imac wont even start back up having to send it back to apple. it ridiculous !!!

I got the "wont sleep problem" last night. I had to log out and log back in, then it would sleep. Im hoping it is a one time occurrence but I will find out after I am done on this site when I sleep my computer. I also use Candybar, which gives me the ability to change my icons, and it wouldn't let me change my finder. I emailed the Candybar staff and they sent me an update within a few hours that fixed it. Other than those two things it appears to be running fine but I would hesitate to update if I were you.
