Disable Windows Explorer browing of pictures

So, let me start this off by saying that, yes, I need to prevent someone from seeing certain pictures I've taken. You can assume why so please don't flame me with a morality discussion since when we're unhappy with someone we need to find happiness elsewhere and it takes time.

Moving on!

So, I need to be able to disable the ability to allow someone to look through the pictures in my phone when they connect it to a computer. I have disabled the autorun but, being computer-savvy myself and teaching it to others, she can do browse the folders if I allow my phone to be connected. I don't need the trouble right now and just wish to disable that capability. Is there any software that allows me to do that? I've already secured the photos.app application on my iPhone but just need to secure the DCIM folders when you plug it in.

Thanks in advance!

You could try playing around with the permissions on the DCIM folder i.e. disable read capabilities for outside users, be careful though that this doesn't cause problems when backing up your Camera Roll
Deleted an Apple stock app? Don't restore just yet, download dat app brah!

NTFS permissions don't seem to apply to this folder but you may be recommending modifying the permissions at the iOS level, correct? Thank you for the quick response!

Yup! I recommend iFile, but doing this through SSH works just as well

Success! I used iFile and removed the read access from "User" which won't allow Windows Explorer to recognize the connected iPhone. Easy enough for me to re-enable when I need to backup the pictures and I was still able to take pictures and view the camera roll on the phone which is already password protected.

Thank you for the help!!

EDIT: Loaded up iTunes on a foreign computer and no other functionality is affected. When I'm at my own computer will test backing up though it's my computer and I'll probably just re-enable the permissions
