Re-Jailbreaking An iPhone 4 On 5.1.1

I'm not very smart when it comes to these thng unline you guys, My brother recently jail broke my iphone, out of stupidity i messed it up and cant seem to get it back the way it was. It was broken with Cydia but i dont know exactly the steps to get it back to where apps are free. Any advice would be appreciated. Any questions appreciated as well.

Get your brother to re-jailbreak it for you again. This time, sit beside him and watch what he does, take notes if you must and don't fall asleep.
