mms messaging requires your phone number

I'm getting this error.
mms messaging requires your phone number on my iphone 4 5.1.1 with baseband 4.10.01 and Gevey sim with it.

Has anyone know a fix for this? I search everywhere and don't really have an answer. Any help will be appreciated.

Is your phone number set in Settings - Phone?

It say unknown. And when I try to set it. It say that phone number could not be save

i had this issue a while back. I put another sim in and tried to set the number. Then I put the original sim back in and it worked for me. Sometimes its the registration that takes a while so wait abit.
