Is 5.1.1 battery economy better than previous iOS 5.x?

How does battery usage stack up in 5.1.1?
My iphone4 is less than a year old and I still believe the battery consumption sux mick romneys arse.
I can't see any improvement in battery life what so ever running 5.1.1
Just browsing the Internet, used 23% in less than a hour.
What do u guys think?

my 4s jailbroken and 4s stock before seems the same. Battery life on 5.1.1 seems generally better to me.

Upgraded earlier today; went to bed with a full battery, turned it on when I woke up and was on Facebook all of two seconds and it dropped like a fly.

On ipad 2, battery usage is amazing
Ios 5.0.1 gives me a shitty 5h30 to 6 hours of usage, internet by wifi and music (excluding standby time)
This new ios, my battery drain takes more longer, up to 8 hours of usage and i'm very satisfied with this

Hell yea !! Updated and jailbroke my 4s yesterday (fri)at 8pm , now it's Saturday 11pm and still at 43% . Same tweaks as before and normal usage (text, web, calls) . Before I would get around 12 hours and I would be at 20%

Its definately better.

At night i would charge my phone fully and when i go to bed its on 100%

On 5.01 when i woke up in the morning for work, it would be 87%

Now when i look at the phone its 97% remaining!

So much much better

Seems better than before but when using Safari to surf the Internet still sucks/drains the juice away.

Its definitely better!

I watched some HBO GO on my iPhone before I went to bed and went to bed when battery was at 3% and when I woke up, 9 hours of sleep, it still had 3% left!

I find on my ipad 2, battery says 100% before its fully charged. It operates for some time before it drops below 100%. I wonder if indicator says 100% when it is really 70 or 80%. Havn't taken it full cycle yet, so no comment on the actual battery life, but I can tell the indicator is off.

Will I get a better reading of current level with a battery manager app from the app store? (which are the good ones?)

Well would say by far 5.1.1 9B206(which i am using) is far more better than 5.0.1 in terms of battery n stability. My phone 4 now is almost 2 yrs old n can say my battery sucks on 5.0.1 need to charge twice a day for heavy usage but now i only need to charge once to last me a day. So i am pretty much satisfied with this fw. The best so far.

I don't have any reason yet to suspect any issues with battery life, but there is an issue with battery indicator.

Would I get a more accurate indication of battery drain and time life with an app? What would the most accurate or best battery app be, one from the app store, one from Cydia (I have 5.1.1 jailbroken)? Looking for suggestions.
