linking weather,stocks,clock etc with SIRI on IPAD3
Hi all,
im running ipad3 5.1.1 i managed to install the 6 apps that were missing from the iphone (weather, stock,clock,voice memo, calc,compass)
i have siri installed via spite and running fine.
clock app - seems to work ok with siri ie set an alarm
stock - siri will tell me the stock but crashes after
weather quesiton - siri just crashes when asking a Q
compass, calc, , voicememo - not really linked to siri is it??
can anyone help me link in stock and weather app with siri im sure there will be a file maybe an assistant file? somewhere that needs editing or deleting?

Add the repo: repo.rainstone.co
Install the iPad Siri Fix for 5.1.x
That will fix everything
Though questions: do that apps all work
And also only the clock, stock, and weather app count toward siri

all the apps work fine.. maybe need a tweak to make visually nice. atm just like iphone app (x2) im sure i read some cydia apps to fix the displays.. however i just want to get functionality working now..
the clock seems to work ok i asked siri time....ok asked siri to set alarm worked ok.
just stock and weather need fixing with siri

thanks cooldayr all working now.. only one i just noticed isnt working is voice recorder. it open full screen (to big) then closes.. any ideas?

cooldayr: I have a question about the RainSt0ne repo. I bought a subscription to the servers for my iPad3 so I have installed from the repo, Rainstone Siri for iPad 1/2/3 iOS 5.1.x, which works but there have been all these updates like
Rainstone Siri for 5.1.x
HD Dictation Fix for 5.1.x
Siri iPad Fix 5.1.x
which of these (if any) should I install?
I notice for right now, that the weather app does not have a NC widget, is this something that is fixed in the above files? (basically, if I had an iPad3, what from the repo should I have installed?).

I used the rainstone package which had the apps inside, (but I am using there server). Just ask formally, "set an alarm for 7pm" etc, nothing special? What server are you pointing to? if Rainstone, they were having problems, maybe you were doing it during that time? Does your clock app work without siri?

Hi...yea i used Rainstone package...I restored and did it all over and it still wont work..Yea the clock works perfect without siri.....When I ask siri to set alarm she says "setting alarm" pauses then says uhh oh somethinng is wrong would I like her to try again. I dont know

I'll try it tonight (haven't done one for a couple of days (to see if its still working)...)
Do other clock functions work, like if you say "set a timer for 10 minutes" does that work, is it only alarms that dont work. Rainstone has a helpdesk ticket system thing, you might want to try that.

No Setting the timer dont work either....says same thing..dont know whats wrong. Even the picture frame dont work in settings. Says error loading the preference bundle for picture frame. I restored 5 times and installed rainstone first thing after jailbreak...Im giving up for now..

I just tried it, create 1 timer and 2 alarms and then deleted all of them individually and it all worked. Given your other siri commands work, I would post them a question directly cause that seems messed up.

Hi I have an iPad 3 with SiriZone as my proxy. I added the install Siri fix and the stock apps installed no problem. The weather works but I can't set any alarms with Siri. I saw others are having this problem as well. Has anyone figured it out yet?

Hi I have an iPad 3 on 5.1.1 and I'm trying to get all the stock apps that are missing installed . I installed your app Siri iPad fix 5.1x which installed the weather,clock and stock app but am having trouble finding out how to install the other stock apps such as the compass, voice memo and calculator. I can't install belfry because it conflicts with skyra1n. Any suggestions? Thanks
