What is the best software to backup & restore data on iphone

Looking for a FREE software that backs up and restores data (phonebook contacts, pics, music, videos) on various iphones: 3G, 3gs, 4G...I help friends with upgrading and restoring since i am the "capable one". Anyway, is there a program that works well to restore that i wont mix with my personal Outlook contacts & data in itunes?

pkgbackup make sure you buy the app since the cracked ones will not restore and you would be at loss.

I always buy apps that I will keep and use, it goes for gaming too. So for $8 bucks its dirt cheap and works wonders. It takes less than 12 mins to restore my 80+ cydia apps, tweaks, settings, springboard layout and everything.
