Have you tried modding the info.plist of the mentioned apps?

Use "WinRar" (windows) to open the IPA files... from there open "Payload" folder.... then search for "info.plist" (every app has this file)

Then look for "MinimumOSVersion" once the file is open.... it should say "4.xx" or higher iOS version.... simply change the value to "3.1.3".... then close "WinRar" and it'll prompt you to save the changes you made and then "rebuild" the IPA file from there...

This worked for a few apps for me when I was on iOS 4.x.x and didn't want to upgrade to iOS 5.x.x

NOTE: Make sure you have the actual app completely deleted from iTunes before you load it into iTunes or this will definitely not work!!

Let us know if this works for you
24 Months with AT&T service = $2500

24 Months with T-Mobile plan = $1450
