-Download Redsn0w (link below)
-Open Redsn0w and click 'Extras'
-Click 'Pwned DFU' and follow the instructions to enter DFU-Mode
-Now open iTunes, go to your device, hold the alt/option key and click restore
-Select the IPSW and restore (deletes all data)

-Open iReb and select your device
-Follow the instructions to enter DFU-Mode
-Now open iTunes, go to your device, hold the shift key and click restore
-Select the IPSW and restore (deletes all data)

How to fix launchctl
-Download Redsn0w (link below) (Windows open as administrator)
-Click 'Jailbreak' and follow the instructions to enter DFU-Mode
-Untick all the boxes (if you want battery percentage you can enable that)
-Click next and this should fix some bugs!
-If you installed Corona, just update it in Cydia!

Which jailbreak tool do I use to jailbreak this firmware?
None! This firmware is already jailbroken and has the latest Cydia installed.

Whats Hacktivated??
If you are using ultrasn0w on iPhone 4 BB 01.59.00 or iPhone 3GS BB 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01 or 05.13.04 to unlock your phone, use the hacktivated one to be able to unlock your phone. If you purchased your phone factory unlocked, or you have the official SIM card, use the standard one.

I get a weird error in iTunes like 1600 or 21!!
First, make sure you are following the instructions and you entered Pwned DFU-Mode. If that doesn't help, try this:
Windows: Open Notepad as administrator and open the file C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts (no file extension). Find all lines with the word Apple in them (for example 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com or 127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com) and put a # infront of them (for example #74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com). Adding a # makes them useless. Dont forget to save. If this is too complicated to you, you can download a fixed hosts file below.

If this still didnt fix your problem, reply with the error code you are receiving.

Download hosts file for Windows (extract and put in C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc)
Download hosts file for Mac (extract and put in /private/etc)

Warning: This might break the crack/serial for some programs like Adobe Creative Suite. Backup the original file before and if there are issues revert back to it after you finished restoring to the custom firmware.

Is this for iPad 2?
No. iPad 2 is not jailbreakable on iOS 5, if you have your SHSH you can download to iOS 4.3.3.

Oh No! Everything went well and iTunes restored my device but when it was almost finished I received error 10xx and my device is in recovery mode?!! HELP!
Download TinyUmbrella (download link are on the right side), select your device on the left and click 'Exit Recovery'. If that still doesn't fix it, reply with more details.

What do you mean? This IPSW is currently the newest version of iOS available; 5.0.1.
To find out what version your device is running you can go to 'Settings', 'General' and 'Info'!

I'm running 5.0.0 on Iphone 4, using Gevey SIM to unlock for Tmobile.

It should be safe to upgrade to 5.0.1 using the your posted custom IPSW file with the untether included, and then re-unlock using the Gevey SIM?

@Hit Alt F4: I don't know anything about Gevey Sim, sorry. Note that the IPSWs don't update the baseband, but they don't hacktivate the phone either.
