iblacklist disable alert popups

Hello I have iblacklist installed, but I still have alerts pop up when someone leaves a voicemail... so it defeats the point of having I blacklist... I'm on an iPhone 4 with os 5.1...

all the forums i have read says that the answer to this solution is in the extras folder.... however my extras folder only contains two tabs, the parental controls tab and signaling tab, I don't have any of the tabs to turn on call or voicemail or sms privacy....

What "Action" do you have set to disconnect a caller?

There is 5 action choices to disconnect a caller....

Voicemail
Busy Signal
Accept and Hangup
No Action
Accept

I had voicemail set up, but whenever they would leave a voicemail I would get a pop up...

so in the meantime I have busy signal selected, however, that is weird to because then it rings once before giving a busy signal....

If you like the voicemail action then download "popup blocker" from Cydia. It stops pop-ups.
