Most of the stuff your going to find on Ebay are not going to genuine, but very close to it as long as you look for the right part for the correct Device you should be fine, also make sure you have a bit of experience when installing them you would not want to mess anything up there is lots of videos that can help out there..
"And same here i get all my parts from Ebay"

It is best to comparison shop. I try ebay, but there are a few online sites that have great prices too. The best one from my experiences so far is DigiExpress. First check the prices on ----> Expert iPod Repair, iPad Repair and iPhone Repair- DigiExpress are the Leaders in Apple Repair! . Then go to ebay and check to see if you can get it for less. Whereever you can get genuine parts cheaper go with them, but I use this site as reference for prices and buying depending on what I looking for. By the way, the site also has tutorial videos for all of the repairs if you want to do it yourself. It makes everything lots easier. This is just my experiences so far from spending hours trying to find the best I could possibly find. There are lots of sites, but I wanted genuine parts, not cheap replacement parts.

Most of the parts are not going to be genuine Apple OEM. The Chinese knock-offs that you find do the job quite well though. Its hard to tell the difference. Depending on the part, you have to search a little bit to find the best deal. Screens, for instance, are easy to find. Make sure you get both the Glass and LCD together. Sellers try to trick you into buying just the screen. There is no way to remove the LCD from the glass.
I am looking for a good deal on an iPhone 4 GSM logic board. The best I have found for a working logic board is $100. Thats not bad I guess.

This thing about the LCD is true for ip4 and ip4s. However on older devices like 3GS. You can install just the touch screen digitizer without the LCD no problem.

It's not hard to do. You just have to remember where everything goes and what size screws go where. If you stay organized with the parts while you are removing them, it's easy to put back together.
