FIXED. Itunes 10.5 working with Cyder 2, Ifunbox and iExplorer (Iphone Explorer)

Posted this already in another thread, but I think it deserves its own, since it fixes the problems with 3 different programs to explore the Iphone.

Cyder 2, iFunbox and iExplorer (Iphone Explorer) wont work with itunes 10.5 unless you do the following:

1. Install afc2add from Cydia.

2. Use "Agent Ransack" or a similar utility to look in your system drive for the following files:
- ASL.dll
- iTunesMobileDevice.dll
- QTCF.dll
- SQLite3.dll

3. Copy (NOT MOVE) those dll to the ifunbox/cyder 2 /iExplorer folder (if there is already a previous dll in the folder overwrite it)

Now it should work.

really? mine did not; since the get go, the installer did not want to install, had to download .net 4 framework directly from microsoft; then it installed

once installed it would not connect until I copied those files

but glad yours worked already

@i-Funbox_dev state they will release an update over the weekend to sovle the issue too.

Thank you so much for this! It really helped. iFunbox was working just fine, but Cyder2 stopped working after iTunes update!

My iFunbox always worked, but the cyder II, I tried everything tested in iphone 4 with firmware 4.3.3 and iphone 3g with firmware 5.0 and does not work.
My problem is that the iphone 3g wifi burned, and did the jailbreak, but I need to download the repositories and tweaks, would not use 3G because it low.But is also not on the pc, I have no choice

Did iFunbox get updated? I either missed it or nothing came out.. I'd like to update to iOS 5 when it gets Jailbroken but I can't be without iFunbox!!

Oh and also. is there anyway to get afc2add onto my ipod fourth gen running redsnow jailbroken ios 5.0.1 untethered without using wifi considering i dont ahve wifi?

And ah but alas cyder 2 still does not work. I have found every file it cannot and placed it in its folder only to come to the error "The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link SQLite3.dll" Which is quite annoying... The whole reason i need cyder is because i have no wifi and have to install things over a wifi network in order to make it work. Another endless loop "sigh"

There's been a few updates, but none fixed the issue in my opinion.

All I did ages ago, was copy the 'Mobiledevice.dll' to the iFunbox folder & all works fine for me.

I just ignore all updates now, I tried a few and it stopped working then.
