Could u help itunes security question error

Hello,
Nice to meet u sinfuliphone repo team. I have itunes US account by create my email.
Sometime i purchase App & Game from Apple Store. i install money in the my account using itune Gift card. Last months , all ok buying from itunes but now have problem.
1 item is click buy asking security question. i forget security question.I think when create itunes account no need security question. So i want to known how to reset security question. Searching internet but don't see! Could u help me Please!

i have nearly the same problem. I created this acc a long time ago, and if i switch the acc to a different idevice i will be royally screwed because it requires the sec questions to make a purchase. now apple requires you pay for human tech support, so thats gone, and you can only reset the questions (or so ive found) by answering the old ones.

all who would appreciate every apple programmer dead say I

The point of the question is to know the answer. How did you forget? Apple should have support if you forgot the answers to your questions. I tried contacting them several times using their website, but their contacts weren't available. Your only option is to guess the answers. Be warned, if you guess too many times your account will be disabled.

In the mean time install app sync and never pay for another app

All seriousness there must be an option to reset by email

I have my iTunes accound on a couple of devices I have only had to re enter my credit card details after that security warning message

i called using an iphone's serial number and got someone to refer me here

this is the url that they refered me to:https://expresslane.apple.com/

these are the directions that they sent me via email

to get to the itunes store catagory you have to first click on itunes, then it will be the second sub-catagory.

i have received the auto email stating that my info was received, but since it was 30 sec ago, i have yet to receive the actual email.

that did it, someone emailed me and reset my questions.
this should help other people who have the same problem
