i called using an iphone's serial number and got someone to refer me here

these are the directions that they sent me via email
1. ITUNES SUPPORT VIA EXPRESS LANE.
2. Go to ITUNES STORE(under itunes player)on the left side of the page.
3. After going to itunes store,choose a topic that best answer to your issues/concern.
Always hit continue and follow the basic steps and answer some questions under the customer's form and hit send.
provide a brief info on the box below the form regarding the issues that your having with..
to get to the itunes store catagory you have to first click on itunes, then it will be the second sub-catagory.
i have received the auto email stating that my info was received, but since it was 30 sec ago, i have yet to receive the actual email.
