Personally I use tinyumbrella because this program lets you save the blobs locally (as in right there on your computer) so you don't have to depend on cydia. You don't have to worry about cydia's servers overloading or whatnot.

What is the error you are getting? What exactly happens when you try to save?

I'm not getting any errors, I just don't see 5.1.1 r1(9a208) saved, but see it on cydia as a saved shsh.
