Screen keeps shaking when touching and hold the screen while charging

Guys, I need an explanation for this, if you also experienced this

The screen of my Iphone keeps shaking every time I touch and hold the screen while charging (either wall charger or pc).

I recently replaced my Data Cable because the old one is damaged and wont charge anymore ( I think), please refer to my previous thread regarding to this: Iphone connects to PC/Wall Charger but wont charge - SiNfuL iPhone

I have Iphone 3g 4.2.1 Jailbroken

Generally ... (if theres ever such a thing) its a problem caused by poor filtering by the charging device.

So try a proper genuine apple charger and see what happens, if still no good then try charging again from a different location.. and it should be ok

If its not, then the only thing left is that the phone it self is faulty.

I had this happen on 3gs and did it while it was not charging. I replaced the screen/digitizer because it shattered then the problem went away

I doubt it is cause by the charger or cable because i still have this problem with the old genuine ones.

I thought of that too. Ill try to overhaul my device and check the groundings if it might fix it.
