SAM Prefs and the new jailbreak

is what you advise me to do the update to 5.1.1
knowing that my phone 4s (Baseband 1.0.14/shsh 5.0.1,5.1.1 saved on cydia) is locked is on 5.0.1 French Operator "Orange" and I use SAM Prefs to unlock and i have saved the lockdown on my computer and on Cookie's application
Please give me advice and is what I take the risk or I am waiting until there is a real solution

if you used sams to unlock a different sim you should be able to just update and keep your unlock
make sure you back up your lockdown folder first just incase
