Phone Cycles All Signals (Wifi & Network) On/Off But Only When Plugged In?

My phone 3GS. 5.1.1
- Redsnow + Rocky Racoon JB.
- Ultrasnow + Ultrasnow Fixer Unlock.

Ok, I've begun experiencing a very strange occurrence whenever my phone is plugged into its power cord and charging.

It will cycle and lose all signals - Cell, Data, & Wifi - then cycle back on. About 20 seconds later, the cycle starts over again. All signals lost simultaneously, then back on for 20-30 seconds, then back off again.

It does not matter what state of charge the battery is in, whether fully or partially depleted or even when it's fully charged.

I haven't taken a call while the phone is on the charger yet, but I frequently do and am concerned it will drop the call.

ALSO, my phone no longer seems to automatically register onto my WIfi Network when using an app and coming back from network data to Wifi data range.

Open settings, general, reset all settings. Open wi-fi networks under settings, click on the network name that was a checkmark, then hit forget this network. Re-enter all the wi-fi & 3g settings on you iphone.

As for the cycle signal loss, drain all the power to your device's battery, wait until it has 0% energy, meaning nothing & it's dead. To drain you iphone's battery fast, just play a lot of youtube videos for a few hours or play high intense graphic games for a few hours too. K, the re-charge the battery until you hit the 100% mark. Get yourself an app called Battery Magic Elite & perform a full charge cycle with it.

If none of that stuff I recommended works, disable all your cydia tweaks by opening SBSettings, more, mobile substrate addons, tap to turn off all cydia add-ons & reboot. The 1 by 1 keep turning each cydia add-on & then rebooting, until you pin-point the tweak giving you all the problems.

Will try these steps later. Thx.

---------- EDIT ----------

Update!
I just found when I turn on anything that requires Location Services using GPS, the phone goes crazy!
It cycles the same as before but nearly 2x as fast. The interval of all on / all off increases to 10-15 seconds per action.

Lol @ l8ter.

Actually it does not cycle as fast, but it's certainly cycling while the GPS is turned on.
I've counted and it seems to be in a 10 second loop. 10 seconds on - then shuts off and reboots all signals - 10 seconds on - repeat...
It renders any application that needs GPS active useless as I cannot hold a signal for more than a few seconds at a time.
