Attention! Apple, Goophone i5 Will Sue You if iPhone 5 Looks Like iPhone 5
his is most ridiculous thing I've ever seen, goophone.hk has made a phone called "goophone i5" before iPhone 5 come out[Aparently it's an iPhone 5 knockoff, and all the design comes from the rumors], what the most bizarre part is goophone make a provocative statement to Apple:
Goophone.hk with indepentdent intellectual property rights and the phone appearance of patent, according to the trademark law, whatever the iPhone appearance of, first use, the first operation who has priority, iPhone patents worldwide raised a big stick has been the fault of global indignation, if the appearance if iPhone is same as goophone i5 that would be the history of iPad trademark repeat again, let's wait and see how the ending outcome in iPhone conference.
