So far, the only source I am having issues with, is SinfuliPhone's repo. All other sources (including BigBoss' repo) is working. Just to give everyone the heads up.

WOW ....... 25 pages (maybe 50 for you) already! Craaaaaaaaaaazy
Please forgive / do not punish me but I am far too lazy now to read all 25 pages.............
Question: What is the general opinion of A5 (iPhone 4S & ipad2) users about the following:
Should we really update to 5.0.1 or stay on 5.0 and wait for musclenerd ?????????????
What about a poll or something????
A5 users, please tell me what's your opinion about this!
Thanks in advance

I'd rather stay at 5.0 on A5 devices until Pod2g gives a signal to update 5.0.1. As of for now, apple is still signing 5.0.1 blog.

"A5 devices can update to 5.0.1 for later update"
Doesn't he already say we should update to 5.0.1?
Like "update your device for future update of jb" ?!

I don't think apple will close that window until a week or so. By then we might hope Pod2g has already come up with an answer.

Right, I seem to be having a bit more success with the JB this time around, though Cydia is still taking ages to finish updating when I first open it, I can still get apps like Winterboard, Barrel, Installous, but I seem to be having trouble with the sinful repo, when I try to add it Cydia tells me:
Did not Find Repository
The Indicated repository could not be found.
This could be because you are trying to add a legacy installer repo (these are not supported). Also, this interface is only capable of working with exact repo URLs.
I am typing http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com/ for the source, and that's the error I get each time...
Anyone else experiencing this?

I dont think he said like that. What he said is that A4/A5 beware and dont update if 5.0.2 came out.

Hey guys.....................I guess iFile does work on untetherd iOS 5.0.1
The trick to making it work is simply to have data or wifi turned off before you open the app (some kind of registration bug I guess)
I however have not tried this...........I just read it on another forum.
He was bitching about iFile not working, then posted back sayin g "Hey I found that iFile works as long as your phone isn't connected to the internet; i.e.: Wifi & Data off
I will test it out........................................................................ ..................................Eventually.
I just cannot bare the thought of not being able to use iFile.
I would choose a SemiTethered jailbreak with working iFile over an untethered jailbreak, without a working iFile any day.lol
I gotta have my iFile.
How about someone gives it a try?

It works fine for me
no need to switch on wifi/data for that
yeah it crashes sometimes like when you search a file whereas everything else works fine

Also I thought it is still unsure if we even can use those save blobs ...
Did I miss anything?
If I do not update to 5.0.1 and then apple suddenly stops signing 5.0.1 .....
Even I have those two blobs saved, I think there is still no way yet to really use them?!
On the other hand, if you update now and musclenerd then releases the jb for A5 5.0 ... it's fucked up as well!!
It is like voting between a douche and a turd ! ;-)
