10 Tips To Increase Your iPhone Battery Life On iOS 5

How To Increase iPhone Battery Life On iOS 5? Battery Drainage issue has been a major downside of most of the iPhones Apple has released up to date. This was a major issue in the iPhone 4S released in October. A large number of people around the globe reported this problem. Apple tried to fix this problem but failed to do so. A fake Tweak on Cydia was also released to fix the problem as well. Anyway here’s 10 tips to increase your iPhone battery life on iOS 5.0.

There hasn’t been any authentic solution discovered for this problem. However today we are going to show you how to improve the battery life on the iOS 5. Hope it helps most of the people having battery problems in the iPhone 4S.
Just follow the below mentioned Tips to make your battery life better:
Tip 1: Resetting Network setting, to do this Tap on “Settings” > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Tip 2: Disable your Bluetooth to do that Go to Settings > General > Bluetooth and turn it off
Tip 3: Disable The Notifications and Apps. Go to Settings > Notifications > Turn off things you don’t need in order to save battery
Tip 4: Disable the iCloud service by going to Settings > Locations Service > Turn Off Everything
Tip 5: Disable Location Services. To do this go to Settings > Location Services > Disable Services You don’t need
Tip 6: Disable Time Zone Adjustment. Tap On Settings > Location Services > System Services and Turn Off Time Zone
Tip 7: Disable Ping. Go to Settings > General > Restrictions > Enable Restrictions > Ping and tap “OFF”
Tip 8: Disable Diagnostic and Usage Reports, Tap on Settings > General > About > Diagnostic and Usage and tap on Don’t Send
Tip 9: Delete your eMail Accounts, Reset the Network Settings and then re-add email accounts. Email accounts can be deleted by going to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Account Name and then tapping Delete Account. Now to reset Network Settings go to Settings > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Tip 10: Reboot the iOS Device

Removing email accounts and "Resetting Network setting" really does solve my battery drain on an ip4 on 5.0.1. I just currently use safari browser to check/send emails.

Wow. Who woulda thought turning off a bunch of features on a smartphone would make the battery last a bit longer?

Tip 11. Do NOT make phone calls. Also, do not answer any incoming calls. Making phone calls on your phone may use up some of the battery.

..........when not needed! why leave your bluetooth on if you're not using it. i doubt you use it 24/7. why turn on notifications, etc, when you're on airplane mode. blah.

trying to sound witty, eh? NO, keeping your device turned off WON'T help increase your battery life. it would even weaken it overtime.

Nice post, but half of us already knew how to do this. Battery Doctor is really useful as well.
