Watch premium sports streaming services with XBMC. Requires a FlashSportStreams user account. See FlashSportStreams.Tv for more details.

Download FSS 1.4.3 or install from REPO
The Repo is also available in the Un-official Repository Installer

Installation:
1. SSH the downloaded zip file to /var/mobile/
2. Open XBMC
3. Go to System > Settings > Add-ons > “Install From ZIP” select the repo zip. Once that’s done, make sure restart XBMC.
4. Navigate to System > Settings > Add-ons > “Get Add-ons” > Video Add-Ons > “Mortstar's Repository” > Video Add-Ons > FlashSportsStreams to install the plugin.

Once it is enabled it can be found in Video Add-ons.


FAQ:
- Does this work outside of the UK?
- Yes, this is a streaming website that works anywhere

Why do we recommend you install the repo instead of manual install?
- By installing the repo, any new releases will automatically be picked up and pushed to XBMC and ask you to update the add-on!
- This will cut out the hassle coming to the thread for updates and manually uninstalling/installing the plugin!

Why choose this over myp2p.eu and other football streaming sites?
- Its all down to preference, although this site is very stable, cheap, and not in high demand as the free websites are, thus better playback

What is the price of this?
- The plugin is free, however, FlashSportStreams requires a subscription of £5.99 for 1 month, or £39.99 for 1 year!

Why is the plugin playing streams at 4:3?
- XBMC by default does this, at the moment we cannot force 16:9, streams are in 16:9 so to fix this do the following:
- Settings -> Video -> Display 4:3 videos as Stretch 16:9

If you installed the plugin from this post then you did it correctly and installed it from the repo. This means as soon as the new version is released it will automatically update on your device.

ok i understand that superbee but when i was speaking with kev at fss he said in order to get fss a new plugin will have to be made as he had some problems and xbmc users will not get fss .?

just going off what he was telling me thats all.

hi guys,
just got to the site and found that xbmc plugin is down.
obviously the website has stated it is there fault. not ours.
will hopefully take a look into it today if i get the time, i will also inform mclog who has better knowledge on the later releases as he took over the project from where i left off!

& live support have said if you click on today schedule then XMBC stream portal, the channels work there, and they have also asked me to ask mclog to contact them, they have a fix for the new plugin.

Xbmc Problem and Solution Page

As many will see today, after our latest stream server upgrades, XMBC Plugin no longer works.

You have got 2 options:

1. Wait for the xbmc team to create a new plugin, which should be coming out shortly.

2. Use a new system created and maintained by flashsportstreams until the new plugin is available.

Instructions for apple tv

On the main menu of a jailbroken apple tv, you will have a browser, enter in FlashSportStreams.Tv

You will get a login page, enter details and click the "remember password" option so you dont have to keep logging in.

Once logged in, you will be on Sky sports 1, on the right hand side you will see channels 1-6 already there, which you can click on and change at will from your browser.

We will be adding the rest of the channels very soon, including all our Event channels, rather than just the 22/7 which the current XBMC plugin has.

We are waiting for a response from the XBMC team on a ETA of new plugin, and we are prepared to help them in the setup to ensure everything runs smooth for you.

Note this new browser system, will also work with iPAD and IPHONE 4.

was reading this on a different forum yesterday !!

As many will see, there are a few changes been done to channel numbers this week.

We have performed another upgrade at flashsportstreams, stream servers have once again been given a boost and more channels added.

There are quite a few new 22/7 channels coming to flashsportstreams including Sky sports f1 on vip14, Syfy channel from usa and many more.

Because of the new upcoming channel additions, the event channels have been pushed up to start from vip51.

I know alot of members like to stick to 1 channel for stoke games, so i felt it right to tell you, VIP51 = the old VIP44 and VIP52 = the old VIP41.

For new members the above wont mean anything but for veterans this is a key for you, so you are not looking around for the channel you always watch games on.

All the best everyone and as always i will try and monitor this thread as much as poss to answer any questions you have.

yes m8, when we change our setup xbmc need to update there plugin, the problem with that is the plugin is not ours, so we cant edit it.

Its was not created by and is not maintained by us m8, the owners of the plugin have been in touch with us tho, and have asked me for advice on how they can fix, and i have given it to them.

mine worked for one day now wont log in or out so im using my laptop to tv via hdmi lets just hope myksterx gets the new plugin out soon !!

Once logged in select menu then bookmark.

If when entering fss you may find it get stuck at 34% just press menu again and then reload page this will fix the freeze

Don’t forget to check mark the remember me on the login page



Once logged in, you will be on Sky sports 1, on the right hand side you will see channels 1-6 already there, which you can click on and change at will from your browser.
once you have selected a channel it will bring you back to the page you where on, navigate to the middle of the screen after choosing channel and press select and it will start the channel

The above works for me but I'm a bit miffed that I paid for 3 months without realising the problem was there before I subscribed. The feed is OK but does not seem as good as it was through XMBC - plus there is only the sports available when I paid for and expected much more.

Not a happy bunny really.

you paid for FSS the site not the plugin if you read FSS site it will tell you that they do not support the XBMC FSS plugin if you have any problems about your sub tell FSS site !!
myksterx builds this plugin for free to make it easer for us to watch on ATV2 & has worked hard since wen to get it up & running !!
& i have thanked him for this & think you all should to xbmc-hub

Can i use my Apple Tv?

To use your ATV or ATV2 device, you will need to have it Jailbroken, install XMBC and FlashSportStreams plugin, because of how delicate a procedure it is to make apple tv compatible with flashsportstreams, it is not recommended for a complete novice to attempt it, and we do not offer support in the setup for the same reason. That said, if you are technically minded, or know someone who can do it for you, all our services are available with both apple tv and apple tv2 and is a very good way to view our service. Install instructions can be found on google by typing (flashsportstreams xbmc).
