TinyUmbrella (v5.10.09) updated with support for new iPad and Apple TV *UPDATE*
Welcome to the 'Save SHSH' Family!
With the new iPad 3 and Apple TV 3, it's been quite busy. Add to that all the cool new information surrounding a few new iOS 5.1 jailbreaks and we have quite the party.
TinyUmbrella now has support for saving 5.1 SHSH for Apple TV 3 and the iPad 3 (all versions). As of now we still cannot restore them but we are working on getting that working from a bunch of angles. I'll let you know more when I do.
Save your SHSH!

SNAFU - AppleTV 2/3
Sorry about that folks. I apparently fat-fingered something important for the Apple TV 2/3. I've remedied the situation and verified that 5.1 shsh's are saving properly.

Help anyone tinyumbrella used to work and detect my iphone, but now it no longer sees anything.
I have java 6 update 7 installed, windows and Itunes see the phone no problems I am using windows 7 64bit, I have tried on both my Pc's and no joy.
Anyone got any ideas?
Ihave tried xp compatibility,run as admin, no errors show when launching program

My atv2 is showing up as atv3 on tinyumbrella. shsh seems to be saved.
How do I proceed from here to be jailbroken?

Tinyumbrella never worked for me, tried it 100 times but always giving the server off-line problem, host and all that crap... try to fix it but not helped.

I have been saving my SHSH blobs all the time. I really hope there will be a way to use them someday. It seems that iOS 5 and the new A5 chip has allowed Apple to tighten security a lot more.

Well you could try updating your Java.. The newest is Java 6 Update 30, but your probably in the same boat as me with it not working...
After a lot of googling a lot of people said the best way to fix is to reinstall your Windows,, which sucks.
You can still save your SHSH files even without the device plugged in, just click on the previously saved device and click save SHSH.
If you need to add a device manually then in the bottom right you can click add manually and input your ECID. To get your ECID put your device into DFU mode, then go to Device Manager, and right click on Apple Mobile Device Driver -> Properties. Then Details and the drop down menu -> Device Instance Path. You will see your 16 character ECID which you can copy into TinyUmbrella.
