You should boot tethered with redsn0w
Open up redsn0w
Go to Extras - Just boot

This device is already pwned with a bootrom exploit. For the time being, redsn0w requires that you manually select the IPSW in the extras screen in order to specify the current build??

reboot your pc unplug your device then do it again but open redsnow with run as administrator ,

When i turn my iphone on it doesnt come up with the apple logo but you can tell its turned on, you can see a bit of brightness?
