How to Replace the Display Assembly of an iPhone 4S
Just recently I used these Videos to guide me through the whole process. They were extremely helpful and the camera angle was to my liking (compared to other teardowns). I'd advise you, if you are going to replace the Display Assembly on your iPhone 4S (Glass,Digitizer,LCD), be very careful about how you organize your screws. There are many different lengths you will encounter as you take apart the phone. What I found helpful was to tape a white sheet of paper to my desk, and draw circles for each of the screws and label them by what step and what part I took them out from. This made reassembly a breeze
Tools and parts you will need to get:
iPhone 4S Full Display Assembly
Plastic Case Opener
Mini Magnetic Phillips #00 Screwdriver
IPhone4/4S 5 point Pentalope Screwdriver
Mini Slotted Standard Screwdriver
Super Glue
NOTE:
There is one thing missing from this video and it set me back sometime trying to figure out where this piece came from.
Note the gold clip, you will see it as as soon as you remove the logic board out. Remove that and keep it with the Logic Board screws. The piece goes under the board (top left screw of the set) I think it has something to do with stabilizing the 8MP camera casing.

Be very careful when attaching the screen to the frame, guide the ribbons through very carefully.
Remember to take off your wire mesh ear speaker guard from the old display, use superglue to hold it onto the new display
