i think you need to also download the plug in deb from this site and install. If you search from here there are plug in that other ppl upload.
What i did was i got the Lockinfo from Appcake
if you get the Lockinfo from appcake you can just go into the lockinfo setting and download the plug-in from cydia
also you can get the Push Notification plug in from: "david.ashman.com/beta/"
i thought this way was bit easier

How to Add LockInfo Plug-ins while keeping Crack

Many of you may have realized that after you've downloaded a cracked version of LockInfo, if you were to add a plugin that is not already provided here with the host application that's been cracked (e.g.: WeatherIconPlugIn), Cydia update process will indicate some sort of a conflict issue and ultimately spew out an error message. Sometimes, the phone itself may crash or respring/reboot when you didn't intend for it to. If the update using one of the plugins you wanted to integrate was seemingly successful, you will notice that either the cracked host app has been deleted or all the dependent/related contents and association files have been replaced with another repo files. These conflicts cause your apps and their subparts to cancel each other out.

This worked for me: I know this may be difficult to do, but try to find other non-Cydia faciliated cracked install for LockInfo. Basically, try not to go through Cydia for the main app. I found various independent sources of LockInfo not belonging to any repositories. Because the main app was independent of any specific repo, I was in fact able to use all plugins from ModMyi and David.Ashman and seamlessly integrate them into my Lockinfo feature for my iPhone 3G. Good Luck!

What I did to fix this:
  1. Download the LockInfo trial.
  2. Install plugins you desire.
  3. Go to /Library/LockInfo/Plugins and backup the folder for the plugin you wish to keep.
  4. Install cracked LockInfo.
  5. Add the backed-up folder back to the LockInfo plugin directory.

NOTE: Any plugin installed this way will NOT show up in Cydia. For the plugin to appear in LockInfo, you will have to respring.

Here's WeatherIcon's plugin folder: here.
Just open the .zip file on your computer, and add the directory within to /Library/LockInfo/Plugins and respring.

I'd recommend either copying with a file browser with a GUI like i-FunBox or something. That application really saves the trouple of having to SSH into my phone.

Or you can use iFile!

Icon1 I recommend using WinSCP to install cracked LockInfo.

I agree with RedEye, but word to the wise...so far there is no one repo source that gives you ALL of the features of the LockInfo; hence the trouble some of us had to go through and navigate in order to come up with the tips contained herein. I used repo sources for installing all of the plugins that I consider to be helpful, but for the main host application, LockInfo, I used WinSCP/SSH method.

If using WinSCP/SSH method seems too risky or complicated, an alternative to this method is to use iFile. It has an automatic installer and it works great. Great program to not only navigate your iPhone's internal files! I love it.

So, if you choose to use iFile, simply use AppCake or other tools like it to download the latest LockInfo. After installing LockInfo via this independent method (apart from cydia repo sources), you can practically go to any Cydia repo sources and integrate the plugins of your choice. However, you should choose one repo source for your plugins and be consistent. If you install some from ModMyI while trying to install others from BeYourIphone, you may run into some conflicts. Stick with one! That being said, plugins from David Ashman's repo did not seem to cause any cancellations or conflicts.
