These USB drives are specially crafted .img files and unless there's an img file viewer (not to talk about editor) for iOS that I'm not awear of, don't think there's currently any app out there to view your virtual USB drive right on your iDevice.
Will be looking forward to such app, or perhaps iOS 6 should come with this as a special feature

that way, there will be nothing a dumb phone can do that an iOS device can't do
