iphone 3GS reacctivate from ripped off??

ok, first things first, i dont do this normally,
but my cell service has been giving me the run around for way too long, and now its my turn for payback.

what im going to do:

get iphone 3GS from them, set me up on 3yr contract @ $60.00/mth.

my intentions:

once i pay the $199.99 for iphone, that will be the only money they will ever see from me again.

i will:

keep the iphone, continue using their service untill they cut off the "cell" part of it, then once they cut that off, i will continue to keep it and use it as a glorified ipod touch, with a camera!!


considering the company in mention "but will never mention" deserves this.....

will i be able to set up this iphone 3GS with another cell carrier, or will the first company "Blacklist" my iphone 3GS from being setup elsewhere??


doesnt "unlock" solve this issue?


sorry if i come off as a "prieck", but if u went through what i have for over 2 years, u'd wanna do more to them.

I did with FiDO and ya you can just unlock it after jailbreak with blacksnow then get another sim from whatever company you want

absolutely Jailbreak and unlock to jump ship.... But here is a better question or scenario for U not that I condone this but if and when you get the new phone with a 3yr contract I hope you are not intending to use your correct information because if you are, it will cost you a lot more in the long run to have a judgement on your credit report when you try to buy a house get a car loan or any other loan for that matter.

1. Ur pissed at "The man"
2. Ur gonna screw them by getting a pretty phone that will be outdated in less than 6 months
3. Ur gonna be happy and go skipping along the yellow brick road while calling mom for free a couple months until they cut U off
4. Ur gonna be married happily ever after to another "Man" that more than likely is gonna want a commitment on Ur part and not give you access to you "3G" spot (sexual pun)
5. U save $300 dollars on initial purchase and never look back
6. U find that they get a Judgement against U in the amount of 3 years x $100 plus dollars = $3600 as per contract that goes on your credit report
7. Ur Judgement gets sold to third party Creditors that pay about 1/4 of the amount ($900) in the hopes that they can call you and get you to settle your debt for 1/2 the amount ($1800) to make a profit and U may start to consider paying because you want to raise your kids in a nice house that you are getting a great deal on and Ur desperate...
8. If U ignore the creditors which most do, eventually they sell it down to another creditor for less to make something on it and not take a total loss etcetcetc

9. NOW "THE MAN" THAT YOU SCREWED FOR $300 MADE $1500 DOLLAR PROFIT ON YOU DOESN'T GIVE A SHIT AND LAUGHS ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK BECAUSE u ARE THE 1 STUCK WITH BAD CREDIT...... hmmmmmm let me thing about this

My suggestion " The best way to stick it to them is do not renew your contract and take as many of your family, friends and even people you don't know with you to another carrier"this way the numbers are reversed in your favor and you can sleep at night with the Little house on the Prairie, the kids the dog, the sheep, the horse and U don't end up signing on a TV commercial about FREE CREDIT REPORT .
