Help is there a Firmware fake app?

is there a app that my iphone fake my firmware to be 3.1.2 because my iphone's firmware is 3.0, i cant install camera apps.

Of course there are several apps like Firmware faker ,Firmware 3.1.3 spoofer all @ cydia .

Buuut

U will be abled to install the apps (in certain cases ) but they will not work because the app needs strings from above 0s 3.0 and u dont got these in your actual iphone ,so the app doesn't start or closes ,or crashs after u try to use it .
Ever thought about updating your 0s ?
See i was long time on 3.0 too but more and more apps want 0s 3.1.2 minimum ,so whats da deal if u wanna use the ACTUAL apps for your phone u need a more ACTUAL Os .
I see u are using Win 7 and not Xp i think u know what i mean .Use a Customfirmware from sinful and ull be fine ...

thanks! is it ok when i use custom firmware 3.1.2 by sinful then my baseband remain to 4.26.08?

You should use custom firmware coz it will not upgrade your modem firmware / baseband.
