cydia "host unreachable" error and a bunch of caches

Hi, guys
So after been looking for threads about this issue, i couldnt find one. So i think im post a new thread.

Can you guys know how to fix this error? "host unreachable" and how to remove caches cuz when i tried installing sources, this message kept poping up.

Please respond details as much as you can because i am kinda new here

This is the solution and has worked for me and friends.

If you don't want to read the link do this

You can ssh into your phone and remove the entry from the "/private/etc/apt/sources.list.d\cydia.lst" and also remove it from the "/private/var/lib/apt/lists". And I also remove it from the "/private/var/lib/apt/lists/partial" if it shows ther as well. Sometimes you have to delete the "Lock" file and refresh the library and then it will show. Give this a try to remove the link from Cydia.

Wait, so you're basically telling us to delete those sources?

Not the sources really just the URL entry's in the Cydia list. Make a note of the problem URL's when you get the cached errors and find just those ones in the locations listed above. Don't remove the source from cydia just remove the entry in the locations listed above.

Also don't delete the lists, open them up and just delete the problem URL's inside the lists. You can easily do this using iFile.
