Not a proper Itunes app...?

Hi...
What do i have to do if my Itunes refuses to load cracked apps, because it tells me that my ipa is not a proper Itunes application??

First have you appsync installed?? if not go to apps section at top you will see appsync by sinful with a tutorial how to do. Second you sure its been downloaded as a ipa and not a winrar file that needs unraring?
