Ok im new to this iphone stuff been a berry user for years so why is firmware 3.1.2 better than 3.1.3 srry about this dumb noob question have sympathy??

because 3.1.3 doesn't offer anything new than to update your baseband

So i have a 3g should i downgrade to 3.1.2 or stay where im at??

If you have 3.1.3 already installed. U are fine, u dont need to downgrade.

your ok b/c your on at&t as for me it would be a bad move in my part b/c im hacktivated and running tmobile...so for ex for me it would be pointless to update.
