My iphone: 3GS 16gb, new bootrom. FW 3.1.3 spirit jailbroken, recently starts to crash a lot. not knowing what it was that i installed thats causing the springboard to always crash, i wanted to restore it to 3.1.3. have done all the steps explained here, but i got 1600 error message. what am i not doin right?

Ive tried on my mac and pc. Ive given up trying to get a sucessful local. I gave up and just did cydia host file edit method. I used to be able to do it on 3.1.2 but not ipad or 4.0. I hope cydia stays up forever ;-( yes i know how to use fw umbrella, yes i get 1600 errors.

I will share my expirient so I do like bottom Present step by step but I can't but this way easy Just download tinyumbralla and look at tinyumbralla window if it said something running on port 80 That mean it not work but u have To close this program. First close all program u think bring your Computer to another server so CLOSE IT RUN TINYUMBRALLA AGAIN THEN SAVE SHSH If u already save copy shsh u want to restore Hit run TSS server Hit Bottom TSS.server On tinyumbralla have to say accepting That mean your tune run suarik server then Copy shsh file to destop drag to tinyumbralla window
