Completely Remove and Re-Install Cydia

Hello, I am having issues with cydia and I have tried absolutely EVERYTHING to get rid of them.

At this point i am pissed and just want to remove cydia completely and do a fresh install.

I am a windows vista user using WinSCP in order to SSH.

I've already installed a deb but all that did was reinstall cydia with the same errors as before.

Does anyone here know how to COMPLETELY remove cydia with the sources and the cache, EVERYTHING.

so that I can install it fresh?

thanks.
