You will need two programs to make this work

free videocutter
2:
Real Player
boot of this programs are free and you no need to upgrade or use the plus version on Real Player. get them and install on your pc.
step one: You need to chose and download a video from internet I chose this one. this works on VeVo, Youtube or any video that use flash player on internet. there its a new tab from real player that allow you to download the video just click it and it will show you like this
now with the video on your pc you need to convert it to mp4 or mpge-4 real player will do all this for you. click where it say convert all, and it will open a new window. here you can set the program to make a mpeg-4 for iphone
save the file to any folther you want. I use my videos to be easy to find. if you look the option on convetion even has a option for ipad so its a very useful program.
Note: RealPlayer Converter its a individual program that you get with the real player suite it can be use alone to conver any video you have on your pc im not sure wich fortmats it suport I been looking for specs but could not find it
Now we are ready to make a video tone
Step 2: open free video cutter. go to options and chek dont create a tumbs and adjuste the precision to 150 or more you can chose any value higer. this tool cut the video in seconds and mili seconds. the higer value you use the smaler are the parts that video cutter will make for you to work on it.
now open you video with itunes, media player or any player you want. the trick its to take a note where you want the video to start and where its going to end. I chose minute :30 and end at minute 1:26.
open the same video with video cutter and select those values
now just save it and it will ask for a name and where to save it.
congratulation your video tone its ready to use
