Please Eject & re Insert SIM Then Wait 2 Minutes & try relaunching Mitime after you have signal again. If No Signal Toggle, Airplane Mode.
If this Message Never Goes away the bundles on your phone are bad.

Yeah, It's a combination of your phone and his app not being able to force send a SMS so he can activate on his side through the apple server.

Question: Have you seen any INTL texts on your bill?

Also: How old is your sim card? What does it look like? (newest T-Mobile sim?)

I purchased Mitime on pusfix for my 2 #. I followed on the first posted and can make one work perfectly from the first credit, other one I still get no luck with messaged NO FT SMS SENT. I already tried too many suggestion from here and Pushfix also still no luck. The one with problem that the one I have to using universal sim for activated to spring board after I restored it to 4.0.1 firmware( because some how I can't using the At&t for activate it even that I4 I bough from USA CA). May be this the issue I can get the Facetime work by using MiTime. Please some one take a look and help. Thanks!

i instal the MiTime and when i open the MiTime it comes on screen SIM NEEDED!

Worked like a charm!! 9/2/2010. Instructions on their website are plain and simple and tell you everything you need to know and do. You can "test" before you purchase! Mitime.info is the website.

Is there anyone in the UK I can send a text to? and let me know if you're getting it? SMS/MMS

If so, send me a private message with your number, I will not give it out. and if you DO get the texts, you can just let me know through the Sinful messaging system so you don't have to pay for texts to the US and I know my international text messaging is working correctly.

I didn't try to Text to UK but I try Text to Viet nam it went through perfect. But still no luck on MITime yet. With NO FT SMS SENT. Any help?Thanks!

Anyways, It has to do with the iPhone sending a silent message in the background requesting a activation code for facetime.

I noticed that when I send a text message to the UK, not all messages work.

Question thuyguen: What phones have your T-mobile sim card been in/used before the iPhone 4?

I using this T_mobile sim with 3GS before. Now I cut it fit with my new I4. I did the same thing with my wife phone and it work perfect in the first shot( I meant purchased MITIME and did the process). Both sim were from T-mobile and using with I4 now. Only different was my I4 need the phone book sim for activate it (Normally other one will using AT&T sim but some how mine wasn't activate)after I restore any firmware from Itune even I know for sure it belong to AT&T carrier with MC319LL model. My Wife I4 is MC610LL model. Thanks! For try to help.

Wow. I think Apple knew it had problems with the white iPhone 4 so it took all of them apart and used the parts to make black iPhones?

I might be wrong. But I too cannot get my facetime working for T-mobile,
My at&t prepaid sim card works fine though.
I have model MC319LL too.

Maybe MC319LL have some problem. What do You mean AT&T prepaid sim card work? For Facetime or activate after restored? For Facetime or activate I did try with active AT&T sim but still not working.

correct, If I restore/jailbreak then use my Prepaid at&t simcard to activate, I can use facetime.

But as soon as install pushfix hactivation patch then I put my Tmobile sim in. No more facetime icons.

Mind you, I've restored my iPhone about 15 times trying to get facetime working.

My phone is different issue. After I restored it will not activate with any with or without activation AT&T sim, I have to using Phone book sim for activated then jailbreak, install pushfix hacktivation and unlock. With T-Mobile sim I have Facetime on and off function but still waiting for activation, with MiTime 1.1.2 VER I have NO FT SMS SENT. After that I borrowed one full working micro activation AT&T sim in other my friend phone put it in my problem phone everything call and text and 3g internet working perfect but FaceTime still waiting for activation. So I think some how this phone not normal activated with Apple server .

Same as me. I can text to Viet Nam country +84 as well but not to +44 UK. Why UK? Are UK server in order to activate Facetime? I though Iphone designed by Apple USA. May be we have to call T-mobile customer service for fixgure out why we can't text to UK #, may help?

I am already working with Tmobiles unsupported handset department.

I submitted a trouble ticket that is being worked on. (this was yesterday morning)

If you could provide me with both of your phone numbers and tell me what number WORKS with facetime and which ones doesn't, I can give it to the engineer so he can look into the problem.

OR, you could even be on 3 way when he calls so we can figure this out.

I'm all for trying to get this figured out, but seems like people just want a fix, and are not willing to help out to get the fix.

I will double check on Monday with one more step then we will go to your suggestion. I will make sure not because our T-mobile sim problem or UK text problem. My current serviced in my T-Mobile account was 9.99 for unlimited data plan so I don't want to messed up. I worry about it. if Customer support will find out we were using the smart phone then they will require other data plan at $25 per month. I will let you know for sure why we couldn't activate FaceTime.

The data plan doesn't matter.

The problem is the not having the SMS sent.
