Cracked apps update

is there an app that updates other cracked apps?
because i have a lot of cracked apps that are old.

You can use Installous, which will automatically detect any new updates for the cracked apps you have.

so if i download some apps from sinful, and then i check for updates on installous it will find updates for the cracked apps from sinful?

It doesn't matter where you download the cracked apps from. Alternatively, you can also use the AppStore to inform you of the update of your apps, just open and select the 'update' tab. After which you can download the updated cracked apps from here, apptrackr home or AppZone.eu. Delete the old version and sync the latest version with iTunes. Ensure you have the correct version of Appsync installed first. This is how I would do it coz I don't use Installous.
