CYCORDER in cydia would be the best choice.. its so simple and real time compression.

That's just video editing, which is stock in 3.1.x even for 3g. Just gotta use ifile or the video toggle to move them into the roll.

I have Cycorder and VideoMover toggle on my 3g but was wondering if anyone knows of a way to send video in sms???
