How would you do that - search

*firstly hope ok to post this here*

So I have 3GS O.S 4.0.1 JB and use Ibismail for backing up all my work emails. Love the app it's stable and works well, the only thing is it lacks an in app search function and neither the standard search tool or apps such as 'mail search' seem to be able to find ibis mail emails.

So the (possibly stupid) question is, is there a way to move the ibis mail emails into the search facility of iPhone or rewrite something to allow search tools to work...
