Increase Lock Screen timeout

I have installed a plugin to display weather on the lockscreen, but the timeout is too short for me to read all the information.

Can this timeout be modified?

PS. What's a nice lockscreen weather & time app? I'm using Weather Elements at the moment. Thanks.

Hi just search for 20 second lock screen in cydia and your good to go...
using weather elements for quite sometimes now and it's awesome..CHEERS

Hey boii its been a long time since my last post but anyways to delay the timeout there's a tweak in cydia called lockscreen dim delay or you can use 20 second lock screen.

The date and weather lockscreen theme i use is iHrt or typophone 4

Just wondering how much battery life weather elements takes? Have u noticed any difference? Or which do u think is best info/battery? Just jailbroke the othe day so tryin to find some nice apps

@ginner, get System Activity Monitor from installous, itll tell you how much power is being drown from each app.

Is it just my Verizon Iphone 4 that can't extend the lock screen? I've used 20 sec 60 sec and the dim lock screen tweaks and none of them extend the time. Are they not compatible? I am on 4.2.8 I can't recall if it worked for me on 4.2.6 any one else read or had this problem? or know a way to manually change the file?

Seriously...

I've searched all over on other forums and yes even google as somebody suggested I tried on a different forum... Like I didn't think of that... (Ten times before deciding on posting on forums and waiting weeks for somebody to answer...)

I don't like having a million and twelve tweaks and CPU draining add-ons like others have suggested... (I have plenty for my needs)

I was also wondering if any super modders out there knew which file to poke around in...
I've edited a few plists and such but am still very much in the technical darkages compared to most on this forum.
I was able to find out how to manually select alternate default lock times and got my screen to lock after 20 seconds as opposed to the minimum 60 cRapple allows. I would also like to have the lock screen stay on longer than it does so I can read artist info and access certain functions in sbsettings drop down menu before it goes black.

Anybody have any suggestions besides downloading more stuff?
