A little help

I have downloaded Installous for my 3GS and have been trying to install TomTom all day with no joy, in the end I gave up and decieded to try Copilot and had the same problem again with a few games I have also acquired.

Bottom line is I keep getting "Unable to find executable" with everything I try to install, anyone got any idea what this could be and how to fix it?

Also I have be using ifunbox to transfer things over to my iphone, one thing being a movie (.m4v file) I copied it over to "ipod music and video" and can't seem to find it

I got the same problem - try going to settings and switch install method from 'clean' to 'dirty'. I think I read somewhere that this may have to do with the latest mobile substrate updates that went out.

I tried this with TomTom and get the app on the spring board but it just crashed 1-2 seconds in, will try with the others now.

Any idea on the movie?

---------- EDIT ----------

Ok, with the dirty install all the games and copilot 8 have installed

Copilot 8 crashes back to springboard after entering my email and password

Games all seem ok

Thanks for that

Anyone got any ideas on Copilot 8 and the M4v file?

Ello. I do have some information that might help you out. First of all I do know that tomtom cleared their software due to a lawsuit. I have never used or seen Copilot 8, but as far as the videos go, I have studied ifile pretty well to discover that everything has a file location and if you would be able to find the .m4v file through ifile you could play it through ifile (or other players like AVplayer). I have ran into that same issue plenty of times. All it takes is finding the file location where you know the videos will play from.

why not just have itunes sync the video and it would show up in your ipod section of your phone?
