i was wondering where to get them? and can i download anything as far as ringtones or themes. I tried to ssh a theme to my phone to the autoinstall folder i created but it never installed so just curious on how and what I can do
themes dont get installed in the autoinstall folder SSH the theme in Var/Mobile/Library/Themes then toggle them on with winterboard

ringtones, i'm not sure cause i dont have an iPhone, but import them into iTunes then export them onto iPhone somehow? maybe someone can help with that.
To install them use PC 91 suite.... For ringtones I just use Audiko.net and then import them to my iTunes library but you could also use PC 91 again too.

ok so what kind of files can i down load and where can I find then
you can only find some cydia apps cracked in deb files, themes and ringtones are not deb files.
Ginnge already tell you where the themes go
Ringtones go to var>stash>ringtones. the ones created in itunes go to var>mobile>media>itunes-control>ringtones.
