Need 2 Files Urgently

I need 2 files from the iPod Touch 4G 4.1

Please remove the passcode if you have set any and then reboot.
It would be good if someone who have a clean restore provides these files, if not then anyone...
The 2 files are:-

/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/ and delete "com.apple.springboard.plist"

/var/Keychains/ and delete "keychain-2.db"

I forgot the passcode, so I am trying to replace the files to remove the pass.
