Has anyone been able to activate your ipad number? Mine gets stuck on activiation, can't figure it out

mines working fine inc activation.... i bought full programme... using it with 3.21.... didnt have any issues... using o2 sim

so how long did it take to activate...right away? I see you're overseas so i'm wondering if anyone in the US has been able to activate thier ipad?
