This is really cool!
That stupid iTunes is so slow on my computer (Windows). It is so badly written that it's not funny. The CD drivers (3rd party crap) made my DVD drive disappear. I had to uninstall the CD drivers and of course iTunes complains that the installation is damaged. What junk!
Good on you the creators of Tiny Umbrella! Keep up the great work!

umm if they pull this off it's a great blow against apple , just a thought if you can install any firmware version do you think they will take it on step more and let you install any OS you wish say android or a custom version of linux or even windows.

Im assuming because this allows you to downgrade the OS theres nothing apple can do to prevent this program from working baseband included?

Windows is what's been programed buggy. It's amazing any third party apps run on it ever at all. Even microsofts own lousy apps are constantly failing. I've got a hackintosh that has yet to ever fail, while my 6 month old top of the line pc running windows is a buggy joke.

I hate restoring to a firmware that is not being signed by Apple, with all the errors. I know how to get passed them easy just hate having to do all that!

You STILL need to save your Blobs people. We WILL still need them, even with the new Tiny Umbrella restore option. If you knew the basics of what SHSH and ECID were then you would understand they will still be necessary for any downgrade/restore. They all originate from Apple.
