That error probably caused by some process is running on port 80 (for example: Web sharing)or you are not running tiny umbrella as administrator. Tinyumbrella needs admin rights to be able to edit your hosts file.
Got Tiny Umbrella working again. Found program called HostsXpert restores host in drivers. Just make sure you save old one and create new host and Tiny Umbrella will work.
