you can try ssh'ing into your phone, and copying the saved game data to your computer. then after you redo your phone and re-install the games, then ssh'it back in. works on some games, on others not. will be hit and miss.
edit - i find iFile is the best way to find the directory as it will list the program name, as well as the directory name. iFunbox does it also i believe, or shows pictures. something like that. you can also use winscp to find out the properties, to make sure when you ssh'it back in, has same structure.
of course, if your feeling really froggy and ambitious, physically copy all of the game directories to your computer. redo phone. install appsync. then install some free game or whatever. then ssh all the copied directories back to your phone. that way is time consuming, but works 99% of the time. you will notice some saved game data shows the directory listed in it. thats a good way to fool it.
